HARK! FND in South Africa: The Offramp Is Marked

🖋️ Letter from the Editor

As published in The Daily Tremor, Vol. XXXII*V

Dearest Gentle Reader,

Welcome to The Neurospicy Route. A place of adventure, agency, and anomaly.

Hopeful Monster is myth, magic, and neurodivergence stitched into a story for the neurospicy, the neuro-curious, and those who don’t fit neat labels.

It’s not a memoir!

It’s a rebellious, undercover adventure. A sanctuary for the neurologically and botanically misunderstood. A coded tale of flying schools, suspicious parrots, rescue dogs, and unapologetic magic.

Reimagining FND as encrypted intelligence — not disorder.

Ready to melt the mask?

Then a Neurospicy Odyssey Begins…

Should this be your first plunge into the notorious Daily Tremor, be warned: it charts no ordinary path.

Some may call it contraband.

Each page is a fragment of the Neurospicy Route — its artefacts, its hidden codices, its perilous offramps.

And if you’re new here, know this: FND is real and too often misdiagnosed — the perfect fuel for rebels who refuse erasure.

Today’s subject? The FND Offramp. Not new. Not rare. Not respected.

Long driven in silence while insurers sneer and hospitals erase.

Our Elusive Author — symptom geologist, soul archaeologist — marked it with chalk and fire.

She didn’t “raise awareness.”

She cracked pavement, left claw marks, forced the hidden lane into view.

Sightings confirm: she was seen in the company of the genteel Good Things Guy crew.

Just as she was once glimpsed with Damiano (“only research,” she claimed).

And again with Redcar (where authenticity was aired wordlessly).

And then — most dangerously — at her own book launch.

Some insist the footage was deep fake; others say it was bait.

Either way, the Elusive Author surfaced, unmasked, daring the NERO SANGUE to blink first.

Percy Pilsbury, notorious Head of the AIU (Avian Intelligence Unit) — résumé: the Karma Kourier Company; and, of course, moonlighting as our music critic in the Daily Tremor — appears to have missed this dispatch entirely (tactical absence, naturally).

“First Damiano. Then Redcar. Now Good Things Guy.
Beware, Nero Sangue — the Offramp is marked.

She is not only cipher now.
She’s the rebellion.”

And so the signal continues to spread.

Curious where it leads?

Good. Bring a torch. And a hip-flask. You may need it.

Circulate at will. Contraband likes company.

Until the next leak…

Yours in lockpicks, lipstick, plausible deniability and pocket-sized bolt cutters
